I went to Jet on Saturday 28/09/2013 to bring back a pair of jeans, I was told they could not refund me as I did not have a slip even though the price tags was still on the jeans. The cashier in a rude way said I must go get something else from the sales floor then she can refund me and carried on helping another customer while busy with me. I went to get a pair of sandals and went back to the till, with a irritated look on her face she said I have to take something for the full value of the jeans< I left the jeans and the shoes on the counter and went to go find another item. after finding another I tem I went back to the till to do the exchange just to find out that the cashier had send the shoes back on to the sales floor leaving me to go find it again and she carried on assisting other customers. I am not happy with the service at this store and I have had many complaints from others about the customer service in this store. please assist as this is not up to standard.
