Truworths
Manhadled and treated like a criminal

I went to truworths on 28 August (big mistake) to buy a mascara. I bought the mascara (worth R310) and decided to apply it in the shop. I did this in front of the cashier and the assistant manager. I then left the shop after applying the mascara. While I was walking a woman from truworths, I think her name is Sophie Shabangu grabbed me from behind like I was a criminal and accused me of the mascara in front of everyone. the women in the street were also shocked by this. I had to make her apologise to me. This was a very traumatising event for me. the way she handled me in the street was just not professional and she could have approached me differently. I laid a complaint with the store manager who was sympathetic. I told her that as soon as I finish paying off my account (this will take me 2 months) I will close my account and take my business somewhere else where they know how to treat people. I also returned that stupid mascara I bought and I don't want anything from truworths!!! I will never support you again truworths. I really hope this matter will be dealt with and truworths should train its employees well cz this is unacceptable!
