I have never see this in my entire life

I have bought a bedroom suite from lewis. complain for 3 months without response. go to hello peter to at least get response now. Eventually after another 3 weeks my bedroom suite is only picked up after i phoned the ceo of the company. It is now another 3 weeks later and I still battle to get my money back. I have never seen such bad service in my entire life. what must i still do to get my money???
