Utterly disgusted at repairs on sunglasses

This is the 2nd complaint I am making with regards to these glasses. the first complaint was delt with and glasses were collected and repaired. however my glasses had to be collected again as the job done on my glasses is absolutely disgusting. the fact that guess and sunglasses hut would send something like this to a customer baffles me. the new arm put on my glasses is not aligned, it sticks out like a sore thumb and my glasses no longer fit me correctly. the workmanship done to replace the arm is pathetic and I am beyond disgusted and upset. this the first time I have bought relatively expensive sunglasses and after this service I doubt I will use sunglasses hut again, its been such a drama. I realise they are not the most epensive glasses but to me they are and now I don't even want to wear them because they just not the same. when I sent them away the first time they had two minor scratches which I did make apparent, they returned with a very large scratch in the middle and this now happers my vision. the glasses have since been collected and no word as yet on them. the more I think about this situation the more it upsets me as I expect guess to treat repairs better.
