Incorrect Advertising and Knowledge of Stuff

Hi There

I just returned from the Pro- Shop Woodmead and am really not sure whats going on.

I went to the shop to enquire about the, " trade your old wedges for new Cleveland 588 RTX Wedges! " which as per the e-mail sent out to customers and as per your website is valid until 21 August 2013.

Two of the staff memebers as the Woodmead branch stated that there is no special and it finised at the end of July 2013. When I told them about it being on the website they said that I am wrong and said that there is no special

When did The Pro Shop stop honouring their advertised specials and email which are sent out to clients. Please could you let me know. and this is very disspointing
