POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Good day

I had a terrible and experience on the 11th May 2013 at GB Woodmead. The shoe was advertised for R 588 and when we wanted to pay then suddenly the shoe is R 800

The manager on duty starts arguing with me instead of solving the issue. She ignored me and continued with other to service other customers behind me in the que. After seeing that I haven't left she pretended to be on the phone with the shop owner and she came back to me with an attitude saying: ""THE SHOP OWNER SAYS TAKE THE SHOE AT R 588 BUT YOU MUST NEVER COME BACK""
I want action with regards to this poor customer service and the ignorance of consumer rights. I will give the names of the relevant people that were involed from the sales person to the manager on duty
