Good day, i would like to say that i am very dusgusted to where the service is going in this country. Yesterday I was at JET, i stood in line for aboout 20min, theres 5 or 6 till points but only one is operating with 6 people behind the counter!!! I was there with my 72 year old grandmother, buying her some things and also my 3 year old daughter. Can you imagine 20 min in a line?? Worst off al I was in front of the line the whole 20mins!! Only one person was helped in 20min?? Really thats pathetic!!
