SHOCKING SERVICE

My wife recently purchased 70000 rands of goods from furniture city amongst other things we purchased a montani incliner longue suite. Not even 3 months down the line the 2 seater in cliner broke, it took furniture city 1 month to fetch the 2 seater and as to date we haven't had it returned, now 8 weeks down the road, in the meantime the 3 seater incliner also broke, and yes after going to brakpan carnival branch we are still waiting for them to pick this 3 seater up. Why are we waiting, u ask yourself because nobody at furntuire city gives a dam, why because they have our money now. We paid 35000 for this longue suite maybe sat on it about 6 times because we have other longues we use. Its totally unaccepptsble that nobody has done anything about this matter. The only shining light has has been SYLVIA who has really tried to help us. If this is not sorted I will take this to the highest court until I get a result, and I will NOT MAKE another payment to furniture city until I get a statifactory result. My wife pays 2500 every month on time, but then she gets treated like this!!!
