Damaged goods more then a month in for repairs

I brought an expensive lounge suite, the single seater is in for repairs more than a month, I went to the salesman and he said he will update me, no update? The two seater is also faulty? How long will that take to repair? Why must this set go in for repairs, it is still new and the total cost is -R80 000.00 I am paying it over 60 months, will the set last longer then I pay for the set? I think they need to send me a new set that will last longer then this? I already paid - R16000.00 and some of the chairs is in for more than a month and the other half needs repairs aswell?
