DISGUSTING Service!!!

I have purchased my furniture on the 17 th December 2012 and after a week i have received goods, i went to complain about the funny noise in my 3 Seater sofa, i have also purchased a Sitting room suite, In the 1st week of January i went to complain again about the screws coming out of the table, and they kept making empty promises, that someone will attend to me and get matter resolved, and worse of all almost every week i go there and complain but it all EMPTY promises, i am so disgusted with service that i have received as i have spent so much of money, expecting Quality, i went there again last week on the 9th of May and was told that matter will be resolved, but still to date, i am waiting. I want a new furniture to be replaced this week urgently and do not want that faulty goods. i will then take this matter further to the MEDIA if not sorted out immediately.
