Not nice

My previous orders had no problems and even did a compliment on HP.
This time I am sorry to say it is turning out to be a disaster.
1. When I ordered the site was down and when I phoned all that was told to me is sorry try again after hours.
2. Today I get an e mail stating that the one item on the order is out of stock this after waiting for 10 days since putting in the order. The best is I must wait 7 days for the refund.
3. The absolute pits is that the item that is ready says on the site READY FOR PACKING now are you waiting for another 10 days to pack it.
