Uhappy with failure to Respond/Feedback on issues!

Hi

I have contacted customer care 2 weeksback and again emailed them on the 2 August about the status of
my account and still no feedback. Account #: 326329

I have settled my account on the 29th of May but the details have not
been updated in the credit bureau, the reports still shows that I am
owing my balance has not changed.

I have receipt that i requested after settling showing zero balance. I
have attached proof of payment and the store receipt.

Please correct this as this is affecting my credit history.
