Greatest Service ever received by an individual

Recently I bought quite a few items from Russell Queensburgh in Durban to be delivered to Cape Town, although I received most of the items the TV was not in the initial delivery.
I had been dealing with Jolene from Queensburgh and Rita from the Cape International Distribution Centre, both these ladies have been absolutely amazing keeping me informed almost every day what the progress of the order is.

Rita has certainly been a star, in most cases waiting a week for an item would be unacceptable but this lady has been so honest and amazing and has tried from the very beginning to ensure that I receive my order even when other less organised people at the Distribution centre told me otherwise, as I type this email she is on her way to personally deliver my TV to my place of residence in Cape Town because there were no delivery vehicle to drop my TV off.

I would just like yourselves to know that I am grateful that you employ people of this nature, I have been dealing with Russell's for a long time and never in my life have I received such amazing service from an individual like Rita. Please dont accredit this to the companies culture of excellence, this individual is amazing.
