In response to your recent query about Thank You Points, Please be advised that 72 000 points has been reloaded on your account on 22.03.2013. Your point balance at the moment is at 157 749 on 26.03.2013. Your reference number is 2203130176/GO.
"
27 March 2013 she emailed "In rand value it is R157.74". Emailed her 17 July "I asked to check the amount of points that I had and they told me I had R 40 value. How did it decrease to R 117.14? "
18 July 2013 she emailed "accounts dept - they will respond to your email with in 48 working hours however I have escalated this query to them already."

Yet it is now 7 August 2013, ie. 20 DAYS later and NO FEEDBACK... WHY?
