Why is Game so hopeless?

Two weeks ago, I attempted to phone Game Mokopane to get a price on an electric blanket. Simple enough, but no. I phoned at 2:02pm and got my answer at 2:44pm. The woman who answered the phone kept putting me through to a line that just rang, and so I kept putting the phone down and calling again, asking her not to put me through because no one answered. She then told me that the people on that line were on lunch and put me through for a 5th time. I called again and told her firmly to go check the price herself, she said no and when I asked for her name she said it's not important. I told her she better give me someone else, and she put through to another ringing line, after laughing. I phoned again and told her to give me a manager, and after about 10 minutes I got one. She hadn't gone to call one, she had let me hang on for 10 minutes and I heard her chatting and laughing. Finally when I got the manager to help me, he told me there wasn't stock and that the lady could have checked on her computer.
Spiteful and unhelpful, that's why she wouldn't give me her name. I dislike that shop so much, never prices on the shelves and no one ever knows anything. But all Game's are bad
