I received sms from jetmart for Thank U points for R330, i went to jetmart on Sunday to buy some clothes for R756.80, the cashier who was helping me she was supposed to deduct the amount of r330 she made a mistake deducting R330.00, i didnt check my slip on the shop immediatly, i went home then check it later it was already closed by then, I went back to shop on Tuesday to show the them their mistake, they call the Store Manager Mavis she come with attitude saying to me that there is nothing she can do, it was a promotion and its finished so I must bring back all the staff that i bought and i must accept that that the cashier Philisiwe made a mistake.
