I got a very disappointing seervice from Russels Kerk stret jhb, I was being assisted by Noleen, I went there to settle a Morkels account and the lady typed in the inccorect account number, of which I paid that accouint, I later need to comfirm if I paid the correct account, the lady started telling me stories that the system cannot pick uip the account I paid, I unffortunately paid the wronf account because of incorrect account captured, the lady advised that she would escalate the query to head office and I asked her about their turn around time, she couldn't tell me, I got so frastrated as I felt she didn't take my query serious, I wanted the money revesed, the a so called manager Phumzile Ximba dived into the conversation and only made rhings worse as she sais she wanted rto knock off. Sje didn't even help must also, they saying that the system have an error of choosing incorrect details when you type the acount number... I just need my money back and this ladies need to be taught how to service the client, this was unaCceptaable!! And they have to apologies to me, I don't wanna take this futher.
They were probably rushing home 4 whatsoever reason.
