Tailors? I think not

Rather than bore you with the details of my experiences with this bunch, I thought I would simply share my last e-mail to them with you:

I have just tried on the suit jacket you dropped off at my offices on Tuesday morning. It still does not fit me properly.

This means that in six months and nine fittings you have been unable to replicate a suit that Peter made a few years ago now. This despite having access to the actual suit for several weeks at a time on more than one occasion.

Without doubt you are the most incompetent and unprofessional outfit I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. You are so fired.

A couple of points to note:
o You will never make a another suit for me.
o I will tell every one of my colleagues about your pathetic performance.
o You are about to be famous. Be sure to check [URL Removed]

Don't even think about charging me for any amounts which you think may be outstanding on this order. That jacket is not fit for purpose and you have clearly demonstrated you cannot fix it.

How does it feel to shred the name of the one of the finest tailors Jo'burg has ever known?
