Useless

My mom passed away 4months ago... which im running a household where as by hand washing is being done for 4 people in the household... im a working guy that is also busy and comes home late hours... Hi FI corp claims they have called and have no records also they take since 4 months and have not got back to me that the washing machine we booked in they say there is nothing wrong... i know there is a problem... i paid cash and had no response..the guys dont know what to do so i decided for them let me put extra cash on top to buy a new machine but yet still they say they dont know they will call back which no response as usual...(THE) i want my money back or let me buy a new machine simple as that... i went to pay cash to settle an account i had on my personal name which i wanted to put a claim through and was told i have insufficient info... they so unhelpful not friendly and useless... they are highly rated at 1st class poor service... no greetings no respect but quick to make business... i have cash but wont give a cent if i get treated like a person who cant be given service.i come from customer services of 5yrs and this is the worst experience ever...
