Dismal Service

I went to the Clicks Hyde Park branch to pick up one box of over the counter medicines, the customer service was absolutely dismal... 4 people were behind the counter but only 1 was serving clients, the prescription and over-the-counter lines had been unilaterally merged by one of the pharmacists - absolute chaos. What a waste of precious time.

And then, when trying to submit a complaint on the clicks website, I could only do so if I provided a club card number.

I will only be shopping at dischem from now on.
