Hi i have placed an order in advance so that i can enjoy travelling, but unfournately they sent me a faulty bag of which i had to return back and that i was dealing with Shafieka of which she was helpfully but on monday i found out that She is on leave now i had to struggle again, and i told them that i need the bag before Wendsday, i am taking my time to call but the agent are not helpfull.
