Unexpectable behavio

On the 4th Aug 2013 @ 17:35 Malibongwe a cashier from PnP gave me the most pathetic service ever. She was busy chatting to her friend Refilwe with non work related matter... there was no greeting & whilst assisting me she took longer & continued with her chat. When I confronted her she was not even apologetic instead she told that the system was processing & after all the waiting I didnt get what I requested for. I will this matter to be dealt with as soon as possible. Kindly provide feedback
