Every week when we go into the cna store in east rand mall, there is almost NO staff. Today when there was a really really long que, there was only 1 person helping behind the till. And there is almost 10 tills. When i asked where the rest of the staff is, the person said that everyone went on lunch. So i asked where the managers is, the person said they are also on lunch. So how can each and everyone of the staff go on lunch on the same time leaving 1 person behind the tills with all this clients wanting to pay something.
This is unacceptable. The staff is always rude and really never eager to help you when you ask for something.
