No care for customer service

As I got to the till to pay Tshiphiwa Molaudzi who was the cashier paid no attention to my presence. She was chatting to her colleague Peggy Masipa. She did not greet me. She just took the merchandise and billed it. They continued to chat while she was busy billing the merchandise. She didn't even ask me wether I want a plastic bag or not. She just added it. When I felt I could no longer stand it and told her that I don't appreciate her service, she back chatted. Both her and Peggy back chatted. They told me that they were discussing work stuff. I told them that they could have at least acknowledged my presence by greeting me and explaining that they had to discuss whatever it is that they were discussing. Peggy then told me that I found her there already talking to Tshiphiwa. I did not understand why she pointed that out. I was very angry. They wouldn't even admit fault.
