Excellent Service

I would like to send a HUGE shout out to Ms Jane Moekoena, manager of Truworths, Riverside Mall, Nelspruit. I went shopping at Truworths with my daughter who is partially disabled and in a wheel chair on Saturday 3 August. The shop was crowded and we found it difficult to move especially in the designated area for paying accounts. Ms Moekoena noticed our difficulty and immediately assisted us in a very helpful and compassionate way, helping us to the front of the queue and making space for the wheelchair. We returned with our purchases and were once again assisted by her. I have shopped at Riverside Mall now for 10 years and never have I had such good and compassionate service. Well done and a big thank you to Ms Moekoena, you are a star!!!
