No assistance - more than a month

I would like to order, but cannot login to my online account. I send through several email and no assistance what so ever. I then received a discount voucher and used it through a print screen as what I would like to order. From there the agents mentioned that the order was placed and the discount was deducted. The order they mentioned was an order that was delivered 2 week earlier and that I paid full amount in cash. Still no feedback since 23 July 2013. So disappointed in your service!!!
