I placed my order 12 Nov 13 - Everything I ordered online was IN STOCK when I placed my order, I therefore thought it would be kept aside for me otherwise I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID CASH!

Every time I call the call centre I get NO assistance and in fact rudeness as to I will get the rest of my order when I get it.

If I cant get my order, cancel and refund - but only if I will get the money back in NO MORE THAN 2 DAYS.

I phoned 6 times today, and asked for a supervisor, Colette, and Bulelo both left me hanging, along with all the other agents.

I am HORRIFIED and DISGRACED at the POOR SERVICE!! I will highly NOT recommend Homechoice. I was going to place so many more orders cash, but you don't deserve one single bit of money from my pocket - the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!
