Fake discount vouchers

I ordered completer set and sunglasses online and made a payment of R544.76 on 28/05/2013. The order value was R644.76 and I had a d/voucher of R100. Their system considered my voucher of R100 and it only deducted R544.76. After a while I received sms demanding R100.I told them about the voucher and they said there is no voucher. The lady requested the voucher no and I told her I have deleted the sms. I told her that if they are not able to locate the voucher on their system I want to cancel the order because I ordered because of the voucher. I also emphasised that they should not sent me one item over another. All of a sudden she said she had found the voucher and that they will release both goods. Only the completer set was released. I tried to follow-up on the sunglasses and every time I was told a different story, until my order my cancelled. Last week Friday I spoke to Shaun and he said there is nobody who can help me because I have deleted the sms. I know I have deleted the sms and I can't prove that I had a voucher. What I need from them is to organise a transport for the completer set which they have delivered even after I told them that I don't want short delivery.
