Wow! Great and efficient service!

I placed a large order online (that included a coffee machine) and totally forgot to use a discount voucher that I had.

I was expecting Yuppie Chef to say use it on the next order or something similar, as real "customer service" is so rare these days...

Nope. They were happy to cancel my order and do full refund, so that I could replace my order and use the Discount Voucher that I had. Melissa also kept me updated on the progress of the cancellation.
