My sim was delivered on Friday 2nd August and I was told it would be working by within 24 to 48 hours and up to now its not. I called Monday 5th and im told its because Saturday and Sunday are not working days. why was that not explained to me? next thing my data bundles will be pro rata while one2one is sitting and not activating my account. should there be no action soon enough for me, im sending back the sim. I did not breach the contract you did. and I will not pay the R500 since im not at fault. and im told to call and follow up or to go any Foschini group store, question is at whose expense? disgusting really! quick to jump and offer you a contract and slow to keep their end of the deal.
