On 27/02/2013, a sales consultant from Foschini called, offered me a package of R50 airtime and 25sms for 24months @ R19 only, which would be billed to my acc. he asked if i am using a blackberry, of which i agreed. he then offered for them to include my BIS @ the normal price which i pay for a prepaid, R59. my BIS will be cut off for 24-48hrs, then it will be reloaded again.i declined the BIS part of the offer and agreed to the airtime only.i confirmed this with the guy as well. friday @ 9:30, my BIS got cut off, when i call MTN, they said it shows that my number has migrated from prepaid to Top-Up. I immediately then called one2one, spoke to Rochelle Miller, who advised me that the BIS forms part of the contract and that i was not given then corret info. she also told me it would be done within 24-48hrs. yesterday, i call one2one to find out why i do not have my BIS, i speak to someone who tells me it will be done after 3pm, and that it takes 24-48 WORKING Hours (something new to my ears). today, i speak to someone else, who tells me to call 1555 if it's not done, i call them and they cant assist without a ref no. i'm tired of this service and being inconvenienced for so long
