No service, no call back, no client service

I have had numerous instances where the cell number taken over by one2one has no service (only gsm), even though I pay my account by Foschini account... We have not been able to use the phone at all, and I called both MTN (who says they cannot do anything and just refers me to one2one, as well as one2one, who has told me to reboot (which I have done about 20 times and it still doesn't work) or put the sim in another phone (then it wants to do a security wipe and it doesn't read the sim at all or last few times wants me to connect to BB App world for which we have never been able to do a setup). They later advised me to go to a Foschini store for assistance. As I work a full week on a farm 40km from the nearest Foschini my husband took the phone to Caledon branch to be assisted there. When they phoned the one2one call centre from there, they refused to assist him and the lady was really rude and not helpful at all. They said they would call me about the problem. No call... I phoned in several times requesting feedback, no call backs as requested and promised, after they said they needed to speak to MTN about the problem. Please stop passing the buck and rectify this NOW???
