Second time i receive off product at same store

This is the second time I receive an off product from checkers at riverside nelspruit! On Tuesday 30/07/2013 we bought cream cheese, when we opened it at home the following day it was sour. The expiry date is still fine, just an off product! And its so far from my home that its really not worth travelling for! Can some one please do some thing about this checkers' products!
