April this year I purchased Al Cortiva 5 piece Bedroom set for Bears at Festival Mall. When the items were finally delivered to me some 3 months later, I noticed that there was 1 piece short which was the chest or draws. I have been in contact with them since then and have been speaking to a Lady by the name of Lisa who is the manager. She does not acknowledge that there was 1 piece short and does not seem to want to assist. They keep on providing different numbers to call but no one can assist me to sort this problem our.

Please can someone contact me urgently and advise what is happening as this type of service is unacceptable.
