Purchased a new bedroom suite from Parow branch. After collection and trying to assemble chest of draws to mirror i discovered that that mirror and chest of draws do not line up. Called the branch on Tuesday and was told the manager is not in and nobody can assist me... was not happy and called again. Waited till Wednesday and expected a call from manager to no avail. Call shop again and was referred to warehouse which i had no dealings with. Got a call from sales lady asking me if i had any luck with exchange/repair, i said i am still waiting. Today Thursday still no response from expensive shop which i paid cash for items that is scratched and do not even fit onto each other. Very unhappy about bad service and want money back if they cannot attend to the problem today.
