The Work Shop overs terrible service!!!

We met Denis at Northgate Shopping centre where he had a store between the Ice Rink and Milky Lane in August. We were invoiced for our couch to be covered, new curtains and scatter cushions. He informed us this job would take 3 weeks. Our couch took over 3 months to be returned, took an extra 2 to 3 weeks for our curtains to be delivered and we have still not received our scatter cushions. Our curtains can't be hung as they hang to low and need to be fixed. Its been 5 months and we can't get hold of Denis, he doesn't answer his phone or reply to emails. I am taking him to the small claims court as we have paid in full and he hasn't completed his job nor has he reimbursed me for the uncompleted work. Don't use this man, his service is absolutely disgusting and all he has to offer is nonsense stories as to why he takes so long.
