Still Waiting

I ordered DVD's for a birthday on the 3rd of June.. It is now the 24th and Take Alot STILL cannot give me an ETA... When I ordered the DVD it said 5 - 7 days to arrive... Well... It has now been going on a month, and I still have NO idea when I can receive my items. Although they were very quick to take the payment out my account on the third of June. I have been following up daily, and I get told - We will get back to you, but no-one ever does... Today I asked for my order to be cancelled, because I may as well go to look and listen instead, and I got a response saying the finance department will cancel it.. So obviously you have enough business and dont need mine then!
