On the 28.09.2013 i bought a new blackberry at Foshini Centurion. After a couple off days the key pad start to malfunction so last Saturday i went back to exchange the faulty phone after 15min the manager lady help me there were more unhappy customers i was in the 7day period of returning faulty goods. The manager said there is a scratch on the phone and they can take the phone to MTN and they will decide if i can get a new phone according to her i damaged the phone. Now here's the thing the new consumer rite law is on my side, she did not try one bid to help me my account was paid in full and been zeroed, she was very unprofessional and very rued and that other customers shacked there heads in disbelieve.i will make it my absolute mission to exploit this employee at foshini, i have already contacted 4 institutions who deal with this matters, radio and a well known TV show on mnet!!! Upset is not the words to describe my feelings.!!! Foshini have to resolve this problem for there own wellbieng. I hope that Hellopeter can help to exploiding this kind off service... Thank you...
