Bad customer relations

Third incident of really bad service. Ordered a part for a product that we bought from them and was simply told that we should come back when to person who helped us is on shift. Manager said that they are doing the customers a favour to be open on Sundays. Staff attitude is really bad. Picking a fight with a customer is just not the way it should be if you want to sell your stock.
