Went in to go get help with a cellphone claim, the phone i wanted was slightly more then the claim but I wanted to run the rest threw the account, when i was told by the Store manager for the cellphones department and one of her assistants Boitumelo they can't they deal with cash only i enquired with Customer service and other shops that's part of the Edcon group about this and they said no they suppose to help you that's why there is an account, when i went back with this information they told me that's not how they work and started with bad attitude, as a English speaking customer i did not appreciate them talking about me in there own language and throwing gestures at me as a customer i was very upset and no help was given all i got was rude and poor customer service and snotty comments, i am very disappointed in the service level i received from Edgars cellphone department, i have never been treated like a dog like they did ever in my life. I went CNA Menlyn who is also part of the Edcon group and was helped within 20 minutes by the most friendliest staff ever. That was the most satisfying service i ever received.
