Management attitude!

I cannot believe what I went through at this store today. I bought vegetables on Friday and realised they were off last night prior to my cooking them. I threw them out and took the other lot back this morning. We're talking R40-00. But, it's not the money, merely the principle and inconvenience. I had people for dinner last night and had to make another plan. What gets to me is management, Brenda was just too busy to help the lady behind the counter and some Vuyo says no, we want the second bag of off vegetables. They were in the dustbin, whay did he think, i was going to keep them? They stank. Anyway, all this hoo-haa for R40!!! Really, where are the people skills? Yes, sorry, they don't have any because they only have the job thanks to BEE!!! Well, Pick 'n Pay Benmore, i'm tired of your, your staff are rude, they never greet and they all have chips on their shoulders. As for your smart shopper card, shove it where the sun doesn't shine. I should've stuck to Woolworths, firstly, they're friendly, secondly it's fresher and if there's a problem, it's never an issue. I got my R40-00, but why should I be stressed out?
