Good morning,

Below is the initial complaint response. And then my reply. But what annoyed me is an SMS sent this morning in regard to sunglasses given on the purchase of Levi, guess or sissy boy.

i would have agreed with you but i went in store and the branch told me that they do not stock levi's for women, this for me is not the same as sold out!!! therefore they did not receive and had no intentions of receiving the items that were advertised.
