When you a customer walk into a shop you expect a certain level of honesty and trust the people that are selling you the stuff. I walked into furn city with a grin on my face hoping to get hold of a dinner suite and a posh lounge suite, a lekker bed and and a cool fridge. I picked out my desired goods and walk on to contracts while the sales man called all their warehouses looking for stock. When chris our sales person informed me they cant locate some of the stock I politely told him I am more than willing to walk away and come back some other time when they have everything I want. But he told me their supplier was supplying in a few days so I should not worry. I would you worry when a respectable man like chris and his manager derrick tell you its all good? its been nearly four (4) months and im still struggling to get the rest of my furniture delivered. I have been to but whats new when the is money involved? surprisingly their payment notification messages are always on time. So I put a stop order on the debit order because I was told the contract would be amended and the customer will be made priority. SUPRISE SUPRISE ITS NOT THEIR POLICY.
