My name is Grace Silaule I was a regular customer at fairs Furnitures since the year 2000.In 2006 I purchased a lounge suite on installment of R710 per month. In 2007 we had a crisis in our farm project whereby I went to the furniture shop to report the problem. To my amusement my children called me to tell me that my lounge suite has been reppossed. I went to the shop to enquire, The store manager told me that it for a good course as I was not going to be charged any interest as long as the furniture was kept in store I therefore make arrangements to pay R250 per month. In 2012 I went to the store and sign a stop order agreement of R710 until I wanted my goods to be delivered back to me. I was shocked to hear that my goods were sold. In the first place why did they make me sign the stop order agreement the worst part the store manager told me that I can take a further step as it was not his fault that it took me a very long time to pay up my account. Please assist me on getting my refund
