Rude staff at Identity Gateway

I purchased a shirt from Identity in OCTOBER last year, I took it to return with the slip and all tags... Joash refused to assist me, he was rude and ignorant. I purchased a jacket as a gift and upon reaching home, we needed to exchanged the jacket for another size. Within 2 Hours of purchase I called the store.
Joash answered, Put me on hold for 10 mins and then somebody came on the line, said "sorry" and cut the call. I called back... he refused to help me to check if there was another size of the jacket available.
and cut the call...
Now I sit with 2 items worth over R600 and no one to give it too.

Nice going Identity, I bet WENDY KNOWLER would like to hear about this.
