No set procedures

Today was my second incident at this store trying to use my RCS card and quite frankly today I have had it. I can understand that certain procedures were put in place to prevent etc but really, whats the point when some follow through and others in the store dont. I have used my card there many times and was never instructed that only a sale over R100 can be put through, which is the case all of a sudden. Then today I was told that my drivers license is not acceptable proof when I have used it as such so many times before. One minute Clicks has this set of rules relating to RCS and the next minute its another but no where in that store is there a display of some sort for customers to see!! Clicks clearly feel they can stuff there customers around whenever they feel like it by changing their rules like the weather. Services is becomming really shoddy in that store and I have been going there for years. They cant change things as they see fit on a specific day with no warning to their customers. Also. Clear signs would go a long way to help your customer, that is if they are even a priority, seems not! Rather disappointing. Wont be going back there is a hurry!
