2013 July 31st, 17h20 my son was aproached by a security " ... " and told to leave the store as he was begging for money, strangely the beggar, a female was standing next to him!!! I went to his aid and requested to see the store manager, then arrived the bigger security " ... " He approached me without introduction and pointing a finger at me asking me " What is your problem! ". I INFORMED HIM THAT IT SEEMS HE HAS THE PROBLEM, THEN HE ACCUSES ME OF BEGGING IN THE STORE . Eventually we get to see a store manager who says he will deal with the problem, just a few minutes later the beggar lady comes to me to beg. She was there all the time, At the end of the day I informed this manager that somehow they had their facts and responses all wrong. Lots of apologies and information that all will be attended to. I left mentioning to him that the strangest of all is the fact that not one staff member bothered to request my information and if they could contact me. Are we capacitated to perform security funtions and to observe and to address other people, can we clearly think and pause before we point fingers at others, what does it mean to me as a long time customer???
