Threatening behaviour from Security staff

We visited the Green Point Boardmans branch on Saturday afternoon, 12th Jan 13. So while browsing the first floor area upstairs we heard what sounded like an intercom going off. Without realizing what it was we strolled down to the ground floor on our way to leave the store. But here is what really troubled us, when we came down to the ground floor we received one of the most threatening "what are you still doing in the store" stares from which I presume was the security officer. While trying to figure out what was going on, we realized that while we were upstairs the stored closed their doors, it was 16:05, only five minutes after closing time. Nobody not even the Boardmans staff members standing around the security officer viewing the situation bothered to mention to us that the store actually closed. Only after asking one of the cashier staff (while being "escorted out" by the security lady) were we informed that the store closed. The really unfriendly, bad attitude and intimidating behaviour we experienced was really unacceptable. We would like to warn other customers that if you by accident browse store while they are closing, you will be made to feel like a criminal.
