Accussed of!

My aunt, sister-in-law and I where shopping at your store on the 20/12/2013 and like we normally do we took our time before checking out with a sizable trolley of goods. Upon attempting to leave the store we were approached by security and taken to a store room and accused of! Now my aunt is a Principal, I'm a PFA and my sister is a HOD, what business could we have socks or whatever they thought we were concealing under our garments! The search proved futile, I'm still very angry at the allegation and the fact we were treated like such filth! Your store manager, Jan, attempted to treat us with arrogance before we duly put him in his place, saying the 'allegation' was made by another customer and your store has 'a lot of migrant workers from the Eastern Cape! ' Firstly, we have no interest in internal politics, I don't believe the source of his information, he is just covering up the incompetence of his head of security who was literally doing a victory dance around us until he saw who he was dealing with, how do you not check the cameras in that case but instead assault us! I want the regional manager to call me, as a long customer with a store card Im very distraught
