REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE

2 Weeks ago i lodged a complaint regarding the service received from Shoprite and my refund for the booking of flights that went horribly wrong. To this day, i am STILL fighting that battle to have the funds paid into my bank account. Instead i get calls to question who is logging a HelloPeter complaint. Yes this complaint is being logged by my legal advisor, but it is I, Masnoona Abrahams (Dawood) who has a problem with your pathetic service and the way of resolving issues. Thus far i have liaised with Dean Olwage, Shoprite Head Office and Henry - Shoprite, Durban, but do you think either one of them can assist?
All I'm asking for is that this matter is resolved ASAP and that the funds that is owing to me is paid directly into my bank account. I do not want to have to take this matter further or get any other parties involved.
How hard is it to get the customer/consumer what is due to them.
I am contactable on 082 306 4498 and would like resolution by no later than 12pm 23th January 2013.
Believe when i say, that if nothing has been done, this matter will go to the papers and to higher parties.
